These Terms govern your use of PawVibe, including our website, map, park information, check-ins, profiles, directory, paid features, provider listings, and related services. By accessing or using PawVibe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use PawVibe. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, you may use PawVibe only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. PawVibe is not intended for children under 13.
PawVibe provides community-reported dog park information, park condition signals, local pet-service discovery, and related features. PawVibe does not operate public parks, control municipal park conditions, supervise dogs, provide veterinary advice, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, or suitability of any park, service provider, or user-submitted information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse PawVibe.
You may submit check-ins, reports, reviews, photos, comments, messages, listings, and other content. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit it. You grant PawVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and protecting PawVibe.
Do not submit content that is false, misleading, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, spammy, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, or unsafe. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not post fake reviews, paid reviews without disclosure, competitor attacks, threats, private information, or content unrelated to the service. Providers may respond to reviews but may not harass reviewers or condition services on positive reviews.
PawVibe may show pet service providers, sponsored placements, offers, links, or third-party services. Unless clearly stated, PawVibe does not endorse, employ, supervise, insure, or guarantee providers. Users are responsible for evaluating providers, asking questions, checking credentials, and deciding whether to engage them.
Some PawVibe features may require payment. Prices, plan features, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation methods, taxes, and refund rules will be shown at purchase or in the applicable policy. Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled if clearly disclosed at signup. You authorize PawVibe and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees and taxes.
PawVibe, including its name, logos, design, software, data compilations, and content we create, is owned by PawVibe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from PawVibe except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
PawVibe is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawVibe and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, animals, property, or opportunities arising from or related to PawVibe. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PawVibe from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of PawVibe, your content, your dog, your services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue PawVibe or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your province or territory.
