These Provider Terms apply to businesses and individuals that claim, create, manage, advertise, sponsor, or promote a pet-related business, service, offer, event, or listing through PawVibe.
You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate, including business name, contact details, services, service area, prices, hours, policies, qualifications, insurance, licences, and availability. Do not claim credentials, affiliations, insurance, certifications, guarantees, or experience you do not have.
PawVibe may verify provider ownership or business details, but verification does not mean PawVibe endorses, supervises, insures, or guarantees the provider. PawVibe may refuse, remove, or limit listings at its discretion.
Sponsored placements must be truthful, clear, and not misleading. Offers must state material conditions, expiry dates, limits, and taxes or fees where applicable. PawVibe may label paid placements as sponsored or promoted.
If a user contacts you through PawVibe, use their information only to respond to that inquiry or provide requested services, unless you have separate lawful consent for marketing. You are responsible for complying with privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, advertising, tax, animal welfare, employment, and other laws applicable to your business.
Do not post fake reviews, incentivize undisclosed positive reviews, pressure users to remove negative reviews, retaliate against reviewers, or review your own business. You may respond professionally to reviews and report reviews that violate PawVibe rules.
Provider plans, sponsorships, and paid features may renew automatically if disclosed at signup. Fees, taxes, plan inclusions, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. PawVibe may change plan features or pricing with notice as required by law.
Providers are independent businesses. PawVibe is not a party to services performed between providers and pet parents unless a separate booking/payment product expressly states otherwise. Providers are responsible for service quality, safety, employees/contractors, taxes, insurance, licences, refunds, complaints, and legal compliance.
PawVibe may suspend or remove provider listings or ads that are inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, low quality, abusive, or harmful to users or PawVibe.
